Welcome to PicklePal. By using our application, you agree to these terms. PicklePal is a platform that connects pickleball players with courts, venues, and each other.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Each person may maintain only one account. Accounts are non-transferable.
Court reservations are subject to venue availability and policies. Payment is processed at the time of booking. Cancellation and refund policies are set by individual venues and displayed before confirmation. PicklePal facilitates transactions but is not responsible for venue-side disputes.
You agree to treat other users with respect. Harassment, threats, or abusive language will result in account suspension. Court check-ins and threads are public — share responsibly.
Venue staff, managers, and owners are bound by their respective access levels. All administrative actions are logged for accountability. Misuse of admin privileges will result in removal.
PicklePal is provided "as is." We are not liable for injuries, property damage, or disputes that occur at venues. We do not guarantee court availability or venue quality.

We collect your email address, display name, and player ID upon registration. Location data is used only for finding nearby courts and is not stored permanently. Check-in history and booking records are stored to provide analytics and booking management features.
Your data is used to provide core app functionality including court discovery, bookings, check-ins, friend connections, and analytics. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
Your account data is retained while your account is active. You may request account deletion by contacting support. Booking records may be retained for venue compliance purposes.
